Glow Support
One remote for the LED strips and lights in your home.
Need help? Email contactrohiththalla@gmail.com. It helps to include your light's brand or the name it shows in Glow.
A light isn't doing what it should
In Glow, tap the light's name at the top, then Something not working?. Check This Light tries power, colour, brightness and effects one at a time and asks what you saw. If something didn't work, tap Fix and Glow tries other settings until your light responds. If nothing works, you can send a report from the same screen; you see exactly what's in it before it's sent.
Glow can't connect to my Bluetooth strip
- Most strips accept one connection at a time. Force-quit the strip's own app, and any other phone using it.
- Make sure the strip is powered and within about 10 metres.
- Check that Glow has Bluetooth access in Settings › Privacy & Security › Bluetooth.
My Wi-Fi light isn't found
- Your iPhone and the light must be on the same Wi-Fi network.
- Allow Local Network access for Glow in Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network.
- Some lights need "LAN control" turned on in their own app first (for example Govee and Yeelight).
- You can always add a light by its IP address from Add Light.
Siri, Shortcuts and the Apple Watch
Siri, Shortcuts and the Watch talk to your lights the same way the app does, so your iPhone or Watch needs to be within Bluetooth range of the light, or on the same Wi-Fi network.
A schedule didn't run
Some lights store schedules themselves; Glow tells you when that's the case. Sync the clock again after a power cut or a time-zone change. Lights that can't store schedules run them from a Shortcuts automation on your iPhone, which needs the phone nearby at that time.
